Stage II: - Stretch your right hand out and put one ball in the palm (Plateau 1) and the other near the tip of middle and index fingers (Plateau 3). - Keep as much space as possible between the balls. - Use your thumb on Ball 2 while closing your hand to grasp Ball 1 with little fingers. - Release Ball 1 onto Plateau 2 and use middle finger to keep balls apart. - 'Throw' Ball 2 into the palm and slide Ball 1 to Plateau 3. Repeat slowly. Remember: Keep balls close to finger tips and maximize distance between them. Proper exercise stretches muscles in hands, wrists, arms, and shoulders. No crooking without stretching!
